I enjoy this jacket a little too much. Definitely go a size down. I got a size that would usually fit me and it was to big. So I went a size down and still a little big.

Great for anxiety
This hoodie is great for anxiety. I take it with me to medical appointments - my only suggestion is that a detachable hood would be AWESOME! The hood is bulky and heavy on the shoulders when it’s not up, and I don’t prefer to have it up when talking to other people or being out of the house. Overall a great purchase and would highly recommend!

I’ve always wanted to like weighted blankets but I end up feeling smothered. Being able to move my legs freely but still have the weight on my upper body is exactly what I needed. This is my new favorite nap wear. It’s also really soft and oversized, which I love.

Love my Therahoodie!
I love this weighted hoodie and can't believe this was the first I'd heard of it! It's very heavy, but it feels well distributed and cozy once zipped, especially with the hood on. It's high quality and I've worn it every day since I received it. If you've thought for a long time about buying one like I did, it's worth every penny!
I'd love to see Thera come out with a weighted vest so I can enjoy them in the summer, too!
